From the very beginning, when we were planning on selling our parents’ house after they’d passed, Ryan was advising & guiding us. We heirs were a minimum of 500 miles away from the house and Ryan was the go-to guy for getting services arranged, repairs completed and he even mowed the lawn, trimmed trees, polished floors…. it was like we had kin helping us. When we got the house ready for market, Ryan again was there with advice and physical labor. He advised us what to ask for & we had a buyer offer that amount. When the buyers’ lender backed out, Ryan saved the transaction by helping the buyer find a new lender and the sale was accomplished. Ryan was already a good friend of one of my parents’ 4 sons, but now, he is a friend to all of us. He has a great heart and a really good brain and as a Christian man, he made the process so much more easy for us. You cannot go wrong with Ryan as your agent.
